Those goods which are broken because of inappropriate use have to be replaced by the guests.
The owner rejects any responsibility in the following cases:
a) robbery, burglary or any other criminal action against our guests; the owner is not obliged to hire a watchman.
b) interruption of water and/ or electricity supply.
c) damages against a third party.
The payment is due at arrival in cash or in advance to a given bank account.
Animals are not allowed.
The swimming pool and the washroom are to be used by all our guests.
